Lifestyles of the Grown and Sexy Life, Interrupted
The lifestyle of a mature woman can be very challenging at times. Most of us have a lot of balls in the air, hoping and praying that they don’t all fall down at once and smack us on the head.
Being the mother of two young children, I am no stranger to the ups and downs of everyday stress. Thankfully, I am able to keep things balanced through regular exercise and my close relationship with God.

my younger sister.
My journey isn’t much different from many other women, and I know that there are others out there who have suffered far
more than I have, but the key is not to let your situation define you. No matter how good or bad it gets, don’t get discouraged. Remember, all things work together.
It’s also never okay to throw in the towel. Winston Churchill once said, “If you are going through hell, keep going.” Challenges are placed in your path to make you stronger, so that you will be ready for bigger and better things when they come along.
I want to inspire all my Brand New Divas to dream big and in color! No matter where you are in your life right now take
the opportunity to grow and explore new things. Don’t let anyone or anything keep you from being the woman that you were
meant to be.
Remember, when life throws lemons at a Brand New Diva, she doesn’t make lemonade—She makes lemon drop martinis!
Woman of the House
After my divorce, I was suddenly “head of household.” I decided right then and there that I would take on that role wholeheartedly.
